what a taste. First time I've cooked this combo, came to me whilst shopping today, sea bass, chorizo, zucchini, capers, sun dried tomatoes & fresh lemon juice, as for the method who cares, I cooked the chorizo first after that it's up to you really but get that Bass skin nice and crispy, then tossed it all with spaghetti and a herby zing passed down from my mama, which was passed down to her from one of Nigella's books, plus a little chilli oil.....
