Jollof Quinoa and Seabass
Been meaning to test this recipe out for a while as I often do Quinoa and Peas. For one reason or another, I never got round to it. So this evening I decided to whip this up whilst getting little man ready for bed (I don't make things easy for myself do I?!). I'm kicking myself for not cooking this sooner. It's absolutely delicious @mrtinsta1 says, it reminds him of "back in the day party Jollof" so I'll take it! 😊
