Last night's seabass was off the charts! Lemon, lemon zest, salt, pepper, plenty of minced garlic, fresh thyme, topped with buttery garlic crustini then drizzled with olive oil! 😋 cooked it on a @traegergrills at 375 for 20 min then cranked the heat for 5 min to do that crust some justice!
