That piece of fish was already in my tummy by the time I got around to taking the photo. Life-lesson learnt after eating this crispy, flaky, spicy fish? Find friends who will feed you! 😃You marinate the fish fillets with onion juice(make onion paste and squeeze out the juice), ginger-garlic paste, chopped green chilli, cumin powder, garam masala powder for 6 hours. Then pat the fish fillets on a bed of breadcrumbs, dip it in egg-wash, put it back into the bed of breadcrumbs. Then deep fry in oil.
