Still on Day 13: #Dinner My mom was very enthusiastic about sea bass and was telling me to try it for my diet. So I did. I marinated the fish in lemon juice, garlic, dry herbs: I used parsley, oregano and some sage; sea salt and ground pepper and some lemon olive oil. Left it in the fridge for 40min then pan fry it in grape seed oil for 20min.
For my salad I used red curly kale, yellow tomato, green shallots and avocado, dressed it in my usual fig balsamic and lemon infused olive oil, s&p.
Ligh and yummy. .
