This fresh flaky Nut Crusted Sea Bass by native Barbadian Chef Kirk Brathwaite of @limehouseasia was a delicious off-menu item for an @appletonestate1749 rum dinner last evening. Served on a sublime coconut rice and a creamy spiced gravy, it exuded such familiar Asian flavours! The Caribbean shares so much with Southeast Asia, really.
