Crispy rice with sea bass and turnip greens. We love crispy rice very much. I broiled the sea bass yesterday-sometimes I use snappers, or other fish-salmon is good too-when we have leftovers-which we usually do, I mix them with rice, make it crispy, drizzle some miso on the bottom, sometimes I use sesame oil, and a little bit of salt. Turnip greens are great-I used small white turnip greens-or other leafy greens like spinach, blanch them, season with sesame oil and salt, ginger, then mix with warm rice.
