I went freezer diving for dinner tonight and this seriously could not be ANY easier to make 🙌🏼 I had this beautiful Chilean sea bass fillet hiding in my freezer plus frozen spinach. I pan seared the sea bass with a little oil, salt and pepper for 2 minutes on high and then transferred to the oven for 12 min to finish. Meanwhile, I boiled my spinach. Platted the sea bass on a bed of spinach and finished with my spicy sesame seeds from Japan. This two ingredient meal is simple but SO delicious. Healthy eating does not need to be overly complicated, bland or boring 👏🏼👏🏼
