#dinner was #couscous and #seabass 🐠 and veg! :) yum I was about to eat dinner but then my sister said something that made me really angry/frustrated and I was so close to skipping dinner but then i remembered a quote that goes something like 'recovery is allowing yourself to feel and not resulting in disordered behaviours' or sth LOL. Does anyone remember the actual quote ??? 🐾 . But seriously though, I think I'm finally understanding it. I took a deep breath, calmed down and decided to eat my dinner :) cuz restricting will not help ease my stress in any way but actually let it build up by keeping it inside. I've come so far and refuse to go back to such a horrible time in my life where I punished myself for simply feeling an emotion. How messed up did Ana make me??? ❤️ TAKETHATED I HATE YOU 🌵 <- my middle finger lol.
