This isn't unlike a meal I would have had on a Friday growing up as we never had #meat on Fridays. I much prefer the stronger flavour of cavolo nero to normal kale.
Kale is highly antioxidant as it’s packed with beta-carotene hence can lower the risks of #cancer. It’s high in fibre has more Iron than steak (the equivalent weight) and more Calcium than milk so also great for a vegetarian or vegan diet.
