S e a B a s s 🐟🐟🐟 Made my mom sea bass and asparagus for lunch today. I pretty much eat some type of fish everyday. It's easy, fast, and healthy. I prepped this fish with olive oil, garlic, oregano, dill, salt, and pepper. Baked at 425 for 20 minutes and topped with black truffle salt. Boom 💥 perfection. It amazes me how buttery it tastes without adding any butter at all. Don't forget to top the fish with lemon. The buttery/fatty tones need the acid to tie it all together!! We got this chilean sea bass from Whole Foods. Yes, it is more expensive, but Whole Foods really does have some of the best fish 🐟😋🙌🏼
